Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Aimaseo provided by Amolabs Ltd (company number 17129826, registered in England and Wales; registered office: Unit 26/4 Silicon Centre, C/O Wispville, 28 Wadsworth Road, Perivale, UB6 7JZ, United Kingdom). By using the service you agree to them. If you use Aimaseo for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

The service

Aimaseo analyses websites and search data, recommends and prepares website improvements as copy-ready changes for you to review and apply to your website. Publishing approved changes directly to a supported platform is not currently available. Search-related figures may come from your own Google data, from our observations of your website, or from third-party estimates. We label which is which. Estimates are not guarantees.

Your responsibilities

• Only audit, connect or publish to websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Review prepared changes before approving them. You're responsible for the accuracy of content published on your website, including any facts, prices, credentials or claims, especially in regulated sectors such as healthcare, legal and financial services.
• Keep your account secure and don't misuse the service (including automated or abusive audit requests).

AI answers

AI answers show what an AI assistant said when we asked it a question on a particular day. They are samples, not rankings, and not a measure of how many people saw an answer or visited your website. AI assistants answer the same question differently each time and we cannot control what they say. We do not promise that any change will cause an AI assistant to mention your business.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings and AI-search results depend on factors outside our control. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. We report changes observed after an action but don't claim they were caused by it unless the evidence supports that.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in GBP or USD via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of making it, and we will cancel your plan at the same time. After that, periods that have already started are not refunded, but cancelling stops future renewals. Amolabs Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. If that changes, we'll tell you before it affects what you pay. UK consumers keep their statutory rights.

Changing plan: an upgrade takes effect straight away, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, which we show you before you confirm. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep your current plan until then. Monthly allowances, such as prepared fixes, reset on your plan's renewal date, and unused allowances don't roll over.

Your content and data

You own your website content and data. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service. Our use of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. We may suspend accounts that breach them. You can stop using the service at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
