What counts as a fix?
One fix is one recommended action, fully prepared for you to approve.
- Size doesn't change the count. New titles and descriptions for a page, an FAQ section, a substantial rewrite of a page, structured data, or a new page drafted for you (address, title, outline, first sections and FAQs) each use one fix.
- A fix is counted when we prepare it. Editing it is free, and so is our own quality check and revision.
- We only prepare fixes for the opportunities at the top of your plan. The allowance is a limit, not a target: we never pad a month to use it up.
- The fixes in your free audit don't count. Allowances reset on your plan's renewal date each month; unused fixes don't roll over.
- Checks, re-plans and results measurement don't use fixes.
- A fix goes through five steps: prepared, counted, approved, live on your site, then measured. It's only called live once we've seen it on your site.
Without Search Console we still re-check your site and market monthly. Re-plans from your Google data (weekly on Manager and Growth) and measuring results need it, and it is free from Google.

Common questions
Will you change my website without asking?
No. Every fix is shown to you first, exactly as it will appear. We don't publish to your site at the moment: each approved fix comes as the exact text and the page and field it belongs in, ready for you to paste. One-click WordPress publishing is coming soon.
Do I need to connect Google Search Console?
It isn't required, but it makes your plan much more accurate. It's free from Google and takes about ten minutes. Without it we still re-check your site and market monthly. With it, your plan is re-planned from your real Google data and we can measure what changed after each fix.
Will it work with my platform?
Yes. Every plan gives you copy-ready fixes you can apply on any platform, including Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Magento and WordPress. Direct publishing is only planned for WordPress, and it isn't live yet.
When will I see results?
Google usually takes a few weeks to react. We measure each change at 7, 28 and 56 days using your Search Console data and show you what moved, including when nothing did. We report what changed. We don't claim we caused it.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel any time under Billing, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. If it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full and cancel your plan. After that, periods already started aren't refunded, but cancelling stops future renewals.
What currency is it in, and is VAT included?
Prices are in GBP or USD, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Amolabs Ltd isn't currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
What happens to my data?
We read your public pages and, if you connect it, your Search Console data, to plan and prepare fixes. You can export your data or close your account at any time under Settings, Your data. Our Privacy policy has the details.
Is the AI answer check a ranking?
No. It is a sample of what ChatGPT and Gemini said when we asked each question, shown with how many answers it is out of. Answers differ from one asking to the next, so we show counts, not positions.
Why not Google's AI Overviews?
In our tests Google showed an overview for too few of the questions to measure fairly, so we don't report on it.
What counts as "named"?
Your business name, website address or street address appears in the answer, and we show the exact words. A similar name is shown as "possibly mentioned" and is never counted.
Will this get me mentioned by AI?
We can't promise that. We show what the assistants said, and your plan lists changes that make your business easier to find and understand.
